Magic hidden is now closed due to lack of members and participation. We would like to thank everyone that did participate and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We had high hopes for this site and plot, but it never panned out.

21.10.07 - Magic hidden is now up and running! Teachers and students are now being accepted. Many, many positions are now open. The first term will start in the next week or so. PM Headmaster Thomas Wainwright or Deputy headmistress Delta Le Stuart if you have any questions.

Taking a break

It was a rather chilly morning when Mercedies decided to go shopping. Her scarf and long black coat were both quite thick and kept away the chill however, the damp ground was wreaking havoc with the heeled boots that Mercedies was wearing. To avoid causing herself an injury Mercedies decided to go to the Lazy Coachman, hopefully after a drink or two it would be safer for her to walk around outside. She had a fair amount of shopping to accomplish before the end of the day, preferable as quickly as possible, after all she would have to head back to school pretty soon.

Once inside Mercedies decided to sit at a window seat so that she could see the outside and what was happening. This way she could get on with her shopping faster as she would be able to tell when the ground was dry enough for her to walk comfortably on. First, though, she needed to get herself a drink. Heading over to the bar she decided on a butterbeer, that should keep her seated for awhile.

Once at the bar Mercedies struck up a conversation with barmaid, who remembers her from everytime she comes in on a Hogsmeade weekend. She briefly commented on the amount of students in the pub even for a school trip weekend. Hopefully that wouldn't slow down her shopping trip too much. She then told barmaid what she had been doing since she last saw her and they swapped gossip about things going on at school, before Mercedies went and seated herself near the window.
